As Junior Dietitian you'll play a vital role in ensuring our mealkit brands meet the highest nutritional standards. Working as part of the Culinary team at our Head Office in Alexandria, you'll be responsible for nutrition analysis, catalogue management, ingredient onboarding, and supporting the culinary team with various administration tasks.

This position is a maternity leave cover until the end of October 2024, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to our innovative brands during this temporary period.

Your role:

• Conducting nutritional analysis and ensuring recipe compliance.
• Managing and updating nutrition information in our database.
• Onboarding new ingredients, verifying allergen declarations and ensuring accurate nutrition information.
• Collaborating with the culinary team to implement healthy choice menu strategies.
• Conducting research on nutritional trends and supporting culinary administration tasks.

Requirements

This is you:

• Degree-qualified Dietitian with APD status
• Competent in nutrition software equivalent to Foodworks
• Experience with interpreting the Food Standards Code and deciphering key information from Product Specification Sheets
• Naturally organised with excellent attention to detail
• Previous nutrition experience preferred
• Competent in Google docs and data set maintenance preferred
