The Opportunity
Our vision is moving closer to more personalised student engagement, interactions and relationships that support our lead conversion and student retention goals. The Lifecycle Communications Manager will lead the way in how we can grow the business through market-leading communications driven by data insights.
This role will be working in collaboration with marketing, student operations and student insight teams to deliver student communications that drive engagement at the key moments that matter in the student journey, by leveraging insights to drive the right student outcomes and desired commercial returns.
Please note that this is a 9 month Parental Leave contract.
About You
- Customer communications experience, with 2+ years team management experience
- Experience in CRM communication campaign management and copywriting
- Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign creation, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Content and communications strategy knowledge and implementation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management experience
- Product or platform ownership experience would be very highly regarded
- Communication agency experience would be highly regarded
