About the role
We need a superstar Lead Product Manager to join our team and help us build delightful experiences for our users worldwide. With countless opportunities to make an impact, you'll help us solve product challenges and evolve the Cadmus platform further.
In this role you'll:
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
- Take ownership of output quality, by running validation tests and writing up user documentation
- Drive product launches while working with cross-functional team members
- Ensure continuing success of products with analytics, support and evangelization
Requirements
We’d LOVE to hear from you if you have:
- 5+ years of overall experience, with atleast 3 years of industry expertise in product management
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of successful products throughout its lifecycle
- Comfortable working effectively with cross functional teams working remotely, allied with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated skill at user research, generating insights from customer conversations and internal data, and translating them into problem statements and roadmaps.
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
