About the role
Are you passionate about supporting customers and ensuring the smooth execution of small-scale projects? Our Local Government Business Unit is seeking a diligent and proactive Project Coordinator to be an integral part of our dynamic team.
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the successful delivery of various projects. Your responsibilities will revolve around supporting customers, overseeing project initiation, resource scheduling, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to service definitions. Additionally, you'll be instrumental in maintaining clear and timely communication with customers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.

You possess strong organizational prowess, demonstrating an innate ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining acute attention to detail. You have effective communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling seamless interaction with customers and stakeholders. Proficiency in utilizing project management tools including Microsoft Projects is advantageous, showcasing the capability to navigate and optimize resources for project execution.
You have a proactive problem-solving approach coupled with a collaborative mindset is essential for thriving in our team-oriented environment. Moreover, prior experience in client-facing roles or customer service amplifies the potential to deliver outstanding service and satisfaction.
