Why are we recruiting?

With our Managing Director spearheading the company's growth in APAC he needs a partner by his side to help manage his ever-growing role amp; someone to help provide the best level of support possible to the wider business.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who will view their role as more of a partner than a PA.

There are three core things we need from someone in this role.

1: Highly organized with strong attention to detai.

2: Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

3: Genuine people’s person who love’s helping others.

Our dreamboat would have hands-on experience working in another high-growth SaaS company.

What’s the day to day look like?

You would be responsible for three different areas although the role is both diverse and ever changing.

Special projects:

This would be the most diverse part of your role and would see you working directly with our MD on delivering special projects. These projects would see you working with both internal and external stakeholders and would require you to help both with the research and implementation of the projects.

Personnel amp; office management: This is where the more "traditional" EA/PA duties would come into play and you would be assisting with the overall management of our office/facilities along with planning travel and events. You would be responsible for the end to end management of our two Australian offices (Sydney amp; Melbourne) plus working with a counterpart in the UK to ensure all offices are running to the same high standards.

Finances: You would be responsible for managing the company's credit cards, staff expenditure and working with the accounts team on any payment related tasks.

Requirements

  • Things important to us
  • 5+ years Australian based experience in a similar role (required)
  • Digital Native with experience across social media, software amp; IT.
  • Highly proficient within the Google suite (Sheets Wizards preferred)
  • Experience with Canva/Adobe creative suite.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous experience working with accounts payable amp; managing finances
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Creative mindset amp; problem solver
