The Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of compliance within epay, ensuring that the company operates within legal and regulatory requirements. They will develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and training programs, as well as conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and address any compliance issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure compliance of AFS license requirements
- Assume the role of the designated AML Compliance Officer under the provisions of the epay AML/CTF Program
- Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures
- Monitor and assess compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance matters
- Conduct compliance training programs
- Manage compliance audits and reviews
- Investigate and respond to compliance violations or complaints
- Stay updated on changes to laws and regulations
The Compliance Manager will work closely with senior management to ensure that the company is in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance management
- Experience in ASF license maintenance
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
- Relevant certifications, such as Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), are a plus
