Warehouse General Hand/ Storeperson - NSW - Alexandria

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced hands-on Warehouse General Hand/ Storeperson to join our Warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking and packing orders, receiving stock and organising deliveries for easy future dispatch. Organising walling and flooring samples amp; tracking online furniture orders.

The Warehouse General Hand/ Storeperson will be instrumental in managing the flow of stock through our ERP system and helping with incoming and outgoing calls and emails from/to customers.

This role is part of a fun and energetic team and would suit an outgoing and enthusiastic individual who is looking for their first step on a career in warehousing and fulfilment.

Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Warehouse Environment
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse General Hand or Storeperson
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Comfortable using computers and computer systems
  • This role does include being able to physically lift product up to 30 kgs
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable talking on the phone
  • A team player who is happy to lend a hand to others as needs must
