We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team on a fixed term 9 month contract (maternity leave cover) and work alongside some of the most talented and creative professionals in the industry.
About the role:
- Drive product adoption and usage across a portfolio of purchasing schools.
- Promote expansion and mitigate churn across a portfolio of purchasing schools.
- Deliver Professional Development sessions on the platform, both in-person and online, to schools across Australia.
- Complete administrative tasks related to your portfolio.
- Work as part of a team, liaising with other Customer Success Managers as well as Solution Consultants and Business Development Managers.
- Work towards retention and revenue targets for your individual portfolio and the wider team.
About you:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Minimum 5 years teaching experience in Australian schools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
- Knowledge of the education industry or experience in supporting educational software platforms
