About role

As the Solutions Manager, you have the opportunity to use your creative nature to lead and develop a transformation program of work.

Your team of skilled Solution Architects, Coordinators and RPA professionals are ready to work with you to drive innovation and improve our customer’s outcomes. This role will inspire and engage a high performing team as well as build strategic relationships with 3rd party suppliers, increase efficiency, and deliver cost savings.

This is 6 months contract role.

Relationship building - to build strong lasting relationships with our customer, teams in Operations, Business Assurance, IT, External Stakeholders and Suppliers

Reporting into the Service Delivery Director, we are looking for a self-motivated manager who has experience in providing high-quality service with strong knowledge in Robotic Process Automation in a customer facing environment.

This fantastic role will give you the opportunity to build teams, lead innovation/change and form strategic partnerships within the business and our customers leading to measurable impacts to the company.

Your curious and creative nature will see you guide the business through change and have an impact on our service offering to our customers.
