It's no secret that Aegros is expanding rapidly! An exciting opportunity has arisenfor an Operations Fitter responsible for working in our modern production facility setting amp; maintaining pharmaceutical manufacturing, filling, and packaging equipment, in a GMP environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with breakdown repairs, preventative maintenance activities to production equipment on site
- Ensure production equipment is operational and available to meet production requirements
- Ensure critical services are operational and production requirement are met
- Execute preventative and reactive maintenance work orders
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Support the operation of Facilities services as required
- Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes.
Requirements
You will bring...
- 2-3 years of experience working as a Fitter within manufacturing environment
- High school certificate and/or Trade qualification- Fitter or Cert III in Engineering (desirable)
- Prior experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing is desirable
- Open to working on day or night shifts
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
