About the role
As a Credit Controller, you will contribute to our ongoing success by working closely with our diverse client-facing advisors and their clients daily. You will also play a supporting role in enhancing our cashflow by effectively managing and collecting outstanding debts!We are flexible but we are looking for someone to work at least 25 hours per week in this role.
In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you'll navigate multiple offices and engage with a wide variety of clients, ensuring each day brings new challenges and excitement. Be a key player in our vibrant community and play a pivotal role in BlueRock’s growth journey.
What you’ll be doing
What can you expect in your day to day? Well, you will have the opportunity to:
Evaluate credit applications with a keen eye to assess the creditworthiness of our entrepreneur customers!
Establish meaningful connections with our clients through regular phone contact.
Leverage cutting-edge technology to optimise debt collection processes.
Contribute to building a best-of-breed financial process that streamlines our business operations.
