Our Quality team is looking for a full time Food Safety Quality Manager to help us grow Marley Spoon.

Your role

You will be responsible in organizing and coordinating the safety and quality of products to our customers through the following:

• Leadership of the Site Food Safety amp; Quality team
• Monitors plant compliance to relevant regulations, food safety, quality and customer standards
• Inspects and audits the sites food safety and quality status
• Delivers training on food safety and quality awareness programs
• Evaluates, interprets and disseminates regulator information and quality standards to all site team members
• Lead and develop department DMS and contributes to the site DMS
• Responsible for the release of product based on operational parameters
• Approves and manages key food safety and quality outcomes

Requirements

This is you

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (food science, food technology);
• High level of integrity and accountability;
• Must be comfortable working independently with minimal oversight;
• Must possess strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills;
• Working knowledge of quality systems, food safety programs, GMPs, food defence, and HACCP;
• Ability to work in a temperature controlled environment;
• Be able to attend work at Altona North, Victoria.
