About the Role

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for leading a team or functional area that provides strategic focus to the marketing initiatives of lines of businesses. This role ensures the offering of independent and expert level support and delivery in line with the agreed strategy, and obligations to maximise sales growth and profitability

What you'll do

  • Owning, developing and managing implementation of marketing campaigns and activations that support Datacom growth aspirations and capitalise on multiple lines of businesses’ value propositions.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to support the design of Go-To-Market and line of business strategy with marketing strategy and performance measures.
  • Balancing long and short-term goals across entire businesses and Group with the big picture in mind and our position in the market.
  • Analysing customer and prospecting data to design targeted marketing campaigns across multiple lines of businesses, creating a connected experience for customers based on clear understanding of customer touchpoints and customer experience.
  • Monitoring opportunity and pipeline data across multiple sales teams and activating direct marketing engagements to attain revenue objectives.
  • Designing, implementing and tracking multiple marketing strategies across all digital marketing and traditional channels including levers of events, email marketing, display advertising, social media (organic and paid), and SEO, SEM strategies.
  • Curating impactful storytelling and supporting the content team to build brand that showcases customers, thought leadership and compelling data.
  • Creating, executing and monitoring marketing campaign budgets for multiple lines of businesses. This includes the management and claiming of technology partner marketing development funds.
  • Measuring key performance against campaign objectives and pivoting to drive website traffic, audience engagement, bounce rate and a return on investment against metrics.
  • Selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
  • Providing guidance and advice to direct reports and team members within the latitude of established company policies in order to meet schedules and resolve problems across the function

  • Knowledge of financial management practices, with a clear understanding of the relationship between costs, utilisation and project revenue.
  • Expert understanding of the unique business requirements and service offering of the organisation.
