Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be a qualified Electrician or Refrigeration Mechanic with a proven track record in team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of skilled technicians in electrical and refrigeration for daily domestic, commercial as well project works, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with industry standards.
• Plan and coordinate daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of daily jobs amp; projects.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, offering solutions to complex electrical and refrigeration challenges.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to support their professional development.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• A valid electrical license or refrigeration mechanic qualification.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the electrical or refrigeration industry.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical and refrigeration systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools for project management and reporting.
