Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Reporting to the warehouse manager, you'll supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they are properly trained, motivated, and working efficiently to meet productivity and quality goals.
- Inventory Management: Overseeing the accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of products within the warehouse. This includes tracking inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and maintaining organised storage systems.
- Operational Efficiency: Implementing and optimising warehouse processes to improve operational efficiency. This includes monitoring workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that safety and quality standards are met.
- Hours: PM Supervisor shift: 10.00 AM - 8.00 PM (up to 45-50 hours per week)
Requirements
- Tech-savvy mindset with a passion for doing things better.
- Background in temperature-controlled, cold storage logistics is advantageous.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficient computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel and cloud-based warehouse management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 5 years + warehousing experience
- A current forklift ticket
