What we are looking for:

We are in search of a highly organised, goal-driven individual to join our team as a Senior Account Manager. In this role, you will work directly with our top clients - leading B2B Technology vendors - to manage their vital digital marketing and lead generation campaigns. Coordinating and scoping out client briefings, tracking delivery, and presenting reports will be among your key responsibilities. The successful candidate will be a central figure, liaising internally and externally to ensure effective delivery of campaigns. An understanding of the B2B technology industry is advantageous.

What you will do

  • Marketing Campaign Management: You will take charge of managing and tracking all the necessary components for campaign launch and successful delivery.
  • Client and Internal Liaison: You’ll be the key point of contact for our client, and work closely with internal teams such as AdOps, Demand Generation amp; creative design units for effective execution of tasks.
  • Communication*: Prepare and manage timelines, expectations, and communications such as weekly Work In Progress (WIPs).
  • Tools Usage: Utilise project management tools such as Airtable, Gsuite, Excel, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, and others for efficient project management.

Requirements

Who you are

A minimum of 3-4 years experience in a marketing or campaign management role

  • Adeptness at dealing with enterprise-level clients
  • Outstanding organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • An energetic, enthusiastic, and dedicated approach
  • The ability to think clearly, and articulate direction under pressure
  • Comfort in taking responsibility for your projects and driving momentum to the benefit of all involved
  • A team player mentality, able to thrive in dynamic environments
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance reporting.


What you will need

The reflecting candidate will need to showcase:

  • Previous experience in B2B marketing, particularly in a campaign management role
  • Experience in handling multiple campaigns and/or clients simultaneously is preferred
  • A clear demonstration of managing projects to tight deadlines and balancing workload to maintain progress
  • Evidence of working with cross-discipline teams including strategy, creative, technology, media, and project management.
