The Role:

This is a great opportunity for an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager to join our growing IT company and be a key part of our leadership team.

In this role, you will own all marketing efforts across The Missing Link group by owning and developing the marketing strategy and managing the execution and implementation.

Reporting directly into the COO, you will oversee the successful execution of multi tactic campaigns and events across our core business: IT amp; Cloud, Cyber Security and Automation, in Australia and the UK.

You will lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with key stakeholders within the business to achieve growth and awareness of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy

• Formulate, champion and drive the overall marketing strategies and plans to achieve business targets across The Missing Link group
• Create impactful ideas and new opportunities for the region

Budget

• Full Pamp;L accountability for the marketing spend across The Missing Link group, you will own and administer the marketing budget

Campaigns / Projects / Brand Awareness

• Understand, build and champion the brand ensuring positioning, strength and consistency across all channels
• Oversee co-branded events with Tier 1 vendors such as webinars, roundtables, conferences, lunch and learns, technical workshops, networking events of 250+ attendees

Team management

• Build a high performing marketing team to achieve strategic goals
• Provide strong and inspiring leadership
• Act as a mentor to help our rising stars thrive in the business

Sales / Collaboration

• Ensure strong collaborations across sales and marketing teams and other departments company wide
• Develop and nurture external relationships with strategic partners within the industry
• Develop strategic partnerships with key associations to generate new prospects

Requirements

• Recent IT marketing experience
• 8+ years of relevant experience in marketing

• Minimum 2 years experience in team management

• Excellent understanding of the needs of sales teams and ability to translate business goals into the successful marketing plans

• Strong financial acumen and experience with achieving business goals whilst managing a budget

• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills

Education / Training Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management
