As the Head of Learning, Development amp; Sustainability, you will lead learning amp; development across Phocas, as a member of the global People, Culture amp; Sustainability team, to build the capabilities we need for our workforce to meet current and future business needs, to support the personal and professional growth of our people and to drive forward our efforts on sustainability, in line with our B Corp certification requirements.
Here’s how you’ll do that:
- Own and deliver the Lamp;D strategy, supporting the overall PCamp;S strategy.
- Work with stakeholders globally, to identify learning needs, develop plans and deliver programs to build capabilities.
- Continue to build and maintain our employee onboarding program (first 180 days).
- Continue to build and deliver our internal leadership development program, including leadership framework and capabilities.
- Be an active member of the Phocas Enablement team, partnering with subject matter experts to deliver learning for technical skill needs (sales amp; customer is a focus).
- Champion and embed our online learning platform, including platform maintenance, content design, reporting and new features.
- Develop a career progression / pathways approach to support internal growth, mobility and retention.
- Encourage and demonstrate the need for continuous education and professional development, and the value it provides.
- Lead Sustainability initiatives in partnership with our global and local Phocas Cares teams, to educate, build awareness and achieve our goals.
This is what you’ll need to do it:
- Experience in the tech sector ideally in a technology start-up or SaaS business.
- Proven functional leadership experience in a Capability or Lamp;D role, with strategic and hands-on operational responsibility.
- Developing capability in a sales and service organization with a passion for customers.
- Supporting a high performance, customer focused and fast paced culture.
- Designing, delivering, and implementing Lamp;D programs.Solid knowledge and application of contemporary learning practices.
- Managing online learning platforms and the development and implementation of eLearning content, programs and solutions.
