Due to rapid growth and expansion we have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our Customer Service Team. This role involves greeting guests when they arrive to our offices, managing meeting rooms amp; other office duties while also assisting the customer service team with day to day activities.

Key Responsibilities;
- Welcoming and assisting visitors at reception offering refreshments
- Respond to and assist customers with all enquiries via email and live chat within a timely manner
- Management of meeting rooms including set up, refresh, booking and calendar maintenance
- Monitor reception/office assistant email inbox amp; action accordingly
- Assist with office activities set up amp; arrangements
- Organisation of catering for corporate boardroom lunches and in house events
- Ensuring all printers are clean amp; restocked with paper
- Ordering stationaries amp; supplies, ensuring stationary cupboards are stocked
- Collection and distribution of mail and courier items
- Ensure kitchen amp; lunchroom are clean at all times and bins are emptied
- Ensure warehouse office amp; kitchen is stocked
- Organising office birthdays
- Assisting Directors with PA duties
Requirements
- Reception and customer service experience ideally in an e-commerce / fashion environment
- Be self-motivated with a can-do attitude;
- Able to multi-task and manage your time effectively
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Well-mannered, excellent communication skills, professional presentation
- Intermediate computer skills
