As Senior People Operations Advisor you'll be responsible for driving engagement and providing HR guidance to our Fulfilment Centre located in Altona North. You’ll work in close collaboration with the Australian People and Culture team, and specifically alongside your counterparts from our Fulfilment Centres located in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. This role will play an instrumental part in the development and implementation of HR strategies, solutions, programs, and policies that foster growth and high-performance within our operations.

This role covers a broad spectrum of HR responsibilities, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, talent management and retention, to off-boarding.
