We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Registered Nurses to join our team at Coates, St Arnaud on a full-time basis.

They will play a pivotal role in our unwavering commitment to delivering safe, proficient, and modern clinical care to our residents. The successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, offer support to employees in lower classifications, provide competent clinical care, and ensure comprehensive clinical documentation.
Requirements
Essential requirements for successful candidates:
- A tertiary qualification in nursing or hospital equivalent certificate;
- Current registration with AHPRA;
- A genuine interest for working in aged care;
- An ability to communicate with a diverse range of people and to lead teams to achieve great outcomes for residents;
- A capacity to manage a diverse and demanding workload; and
- Flexibility for shift work.
To be considered for employment with Respect, each candidate must satisfy the legislative requirements of Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability to work in the aged care industry.

The base full-time annual salary (as provided by our Victorian enterprise agreement) for a Registered Nurse is between $87,401 (new graduate) and $106,267 (in-charge), plus penalty rates and applicable shift loadings
