As the Manager of Automation and Robotics Solutions, you will establish our first Automation and Robotics Solution Proof of Concept (PoC) Centre in Sydney and subsequently roll out the concept across Australia and New Zealand, taking charge of growing and nurturing our solution amp; service business. Your role will involve forming partnerships, securing funding, and innovating business models to transform Oceania industries through world-leading automation and robotics solutions

About the role
1. Automation and Robotics Proof of Concept Centre Management:
1) Establishment: Plan, design, and setup Proof of Concept centres in Oceania
2) Envision Factory of the Future: Collaborate with industrial partners to offer visionary services, reshaping landscapes by integrating automation and robotics technologies for enhanced competitiveness and business success.
3) Proof of Concept (PoC): Oversee the development of innovative solutions by creating and validating proof of concepts in collaboration with partners and cross-functional teams.
4) Centre of Excellence (CoE):
2. Business Model Transformation:
1) Innovation: Lead efforts to develop new and sustainable business models that leverage PoC centre capabilities and drive industry-wide transformation through advanced solutions.
2) Service Business amp; Partnership Development:
3) Funding and Grants: Secure investment from overseas parent companies and government funding and grants through compelling presentations and proposals.
3. Oceania Engineering Leadership:
