About the role

This is an 11-month full-time fixed-term opportunity with the possibility to transfer to a permanent role. The applicant for this role will preferably have experience within the electrical industry or electrical wholesale industry but is not essential.

As a general Customer Service Representative, duties will include:

  • Talking with customers by phone and receiving orders for the supply of products through different channels
  • Processing customer orders, proactively monitoring the status and take actions until completion
  • Assisting customers and other stakeholders by providing product information, availability amp; pricing of items and quotations
  • Assisting sales process alias with customer and logistics to provide excellent service in delivering goods
  • Handling online chat queries
  • Providing administrative support of field sales personnel
  • Providing solutions for customers inquiries
  • Any other tasks assigned by direct Manager

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Intermediate PC skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive focus on customer service
  • An engineering degree is highly regarded but not essential.
