An exciting role has become available for a Senior Returns Coordinator to join the White Fox family based at our stunning warehouse amp; offices in Rosebery.

You will be managing the day to day incoming customer returns while leading a team. Reporting to our Head of DC, this role is responsible for ensuring the returns process for our customers is perfect.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Head of DC you will be responsible for the day to day activities around the returns process amp; all incoming national amp; international customer orders which have been returned to the warehouse.
• This role involves the management of the returns team, monitoring their KPIs amp; ensuring that we are up to date with incoming returns.
• You will be working closely with our Customer Service Manager amp; Customer Service Team to ensure there is clear communication with incoming returns amp; additional customer needs.
• Using our returns system Loop you will be ensuring that all returns are valid, in accordance with our returns policies amp; ensure they are credited correctly.
• Once returns have been opened amp; quality checked, you will ensure that all items are returned to their correct location within the warehouse.
• Additionally sorting unaccepted returns amp; write-offs into their correct locations amp; making sure this is communicated to the relevant departments.
• Provide feedback to Customer Service team amp; Production Teams on any product issues.
• Responsible for returns related administrative tasks such as Return To Sender parcels amp; White Fox Staff Returns.

• Attention to detail to ensure customers receive the correct amount of credit
• Strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task, show initiative amp; think quickly
• Ability to keep up in a fast paced working environment amp; ability to meet deadlines
• Efficiently manage high volumes of customer returns amp; stock during busy periods
• Excellent communication skills
• Available to work full time
• Experience using Shopify Plus platform amp; Loop highly desirable
• Comprehensive computer skills with an iMAC
