To be successful in the Training Specialist role, you will have a strong customer service attitude, experience in Learning and Development / Training environment and be used to a fast-paced environment.
You must have operational experience to ensure staff receive a high level of training, within agreed time frames. You will need this experience to ensure learning frameworks align with the firm’s values and create learning paths to address the current and future needs of a growing and evolving organization.
In this hands-on role, you will develop learning modules and programmes to be consistently used across the firm and with our clients we serve on site.
Key focus:- Ensure our staff gain capabilities with our methodologies, frameworks and required skills quickly.- Develop the firm’s Apprenticeship Programme, continuously improving processes and tools; provide seamless links to the firm’s Onboarding Programme- Set and manage KPIs to track and report on our staff’s capability building- Work closely with stakeholders in our People and Culture and Recruitment teams to drive innovation- Assist the development of our training programmes by ensuring they are distinctive, pushing what is considered ‘best in class’ within the industry- Support global ad hoc requests, and projects, as needed.
About you:This is a great opportunity for a motivated self-starter.
As part of the broader Training team you’ll be supporting the business globally, but your primary focus will be the ANZ region.
To do this, you will need the following experience:- 5+ years’ experience in a Learning and Development / Training role- Experience in end-to-end learning delivery from needs analysis through to evaluation, content development, delivery, and measurement. - Experience in working within a professional services or financial services organisation preferred- Strong analytical ability to determine and help develop best in class content- Highly effective project management, planning and organising skills, including the ability to prioritise and deliver within a complex working environment with competing priorities- Technically savvy an ability to cite what is needed, when, and drive to make it happen- Significant level of stakeholder management experience to generate and deliver on a wide range of initiatives across all levels of staff, globally- Experience in working with remote colleagues across cultures and time zones- High attention to detail, follow up and determination- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
