Due to our exponential growth, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative to be an integral part of our high-performing Sales team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating an unforgettable "1st" touch point for inbound marketing qualified leads (MQLS)
  • Proactively contacting and qualifying inbound marketing qualified leads (MQLs), circa 50-60 per day.
  • Consistently following up and nurturing MQLs till contact is made amp; successful meeting booked.
  • Using creative, value led ways to keep "hard to get" prospects engaged amp; excited about locking in a meeting with OMG amp; BDMs.
  • Researching and analysing incoming leads to offer relevant insights to BDMs
  • Keeping up to date on all of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices across SEO, Adwords, Social Media marketing amp; more
  • You will join our high-performing Sales team and be given comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure you are set up for success.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years business development, lead generation/appointment setting, retail or phone sales experience;
  • Sales hunter mentality with hunger and drive to meet and exceed expectations and targets;
  • Technical knowledge of digital marketing, PPC, SEO, Social will be a bonus;
  • Solutions focused with a consultative approach;
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume environment where putting in the effort and hard work goes a long way;
  • Strong desire and ambition to learn and to prove yourself;
  • Someone who genuinely cares for client and team results;
  • Keen listener, who learns quickly, and executes flawlessly;
  • An all-round good person with a positive outlook and team spirit, because we love our team, our team loves each other!

Salary range: AUD 65k - AUD 85k ex superannuation
