Job Description

Azamara Cruise United States of American urgently needs the services of devoted and hardworking people who are ready to work after undergoing enlistment training in Australia.

The management intends to increase its manpower base due to the increasing number of customers in our Cruise Linear in Australia.

The total recruitments will be 170 applicants. Minimum Age requirements are 18-years and above.

NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Base Pay: $ 35,000 - $ 375,000 / Year

Type of work: Permanent / Temporary

Contract Period: 3 Months - 4 years

Visa-Type: 2 (two) years visa and working permit

Requirements: Proficient in English or Spanish

- Greet and welcome guests as they embark and disembark the ship
- Provide information and assistance to guests, ensuring their needs are met
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Facilitate the check-in and check-out process for guests
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations onboard
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for guests
- Assist in organizing and conducting shipboard events and activities
- Promote and upsell onboard services and amenities to enhance the guest experience
