Job Description

Azamara Cruise United States of American urgently needs the services of devoted and hardworking people who are ready to work after undergoing enlistment training in Australia.

The total recruitments will be 170 applicants. Minimum Age requirements are 18-years and above.

NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Base Pay: $ 35,000 - $ 375,000 / Year

Type of work: Permanent / Temporary

Contract Period: 3 Months - 4 years

Visa-Type: 2 (two) years visa and working permit

Requirements: Proficient in English or Spanish

Job Description: Production Manager

At Azamara Luxury Cruises, we pride ourselves on providing unique and extraordinary experiences for our guests. As a Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our transportation/trucking/railroad department in Freetown.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day production activities, including scheduling, coordination, and management of all transportation/trucking/railroad operations.
- Ensure that all production targets and deadlines are met, while maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to safety regulations.
- Implement and monitor production processes and workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper coordination and communication throughout the organization.
- Manage and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and innovations, and continuously assess and improve production techniques and equipment.
