Job Description

Azamara Cruise United States of American urgently needs the services of devoted and hardworking people who are ready to work after undergoing enlistment training in Australia.

The management intends to increase its manpower base due to the increasing number of customers in our Cruise Linear in Australia.

The total recruitments will be 170 applicants. Minimum Age requirements are 18-years and above.

NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Base Pay: $ 35,000 - $ 375,000 / Year

Type of work: Permanent / Temporary

Contract Period: 3 Months - 4 years

Visa-Type: 2 (two) years visa and working permit

Requirements: Proficient in English or Spanish

Responsibilities:
1. Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children onboard the cruise ship.
2. Plan and organize age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts for children.
3. Supervise children during meal times, ensuring they have a nutritious and balanced diet.
4. Engage with children through play, storytelling, and educational activities.
5. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the child care area.
6. Establish positive relationships with children and their families, promoting a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
7. Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures at all times.

Job Specification

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.

Educational Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred but not required. Previous experience working with children is a plus.
