Job Description

Azamara Cruise United States of American urgently needs the services of devoted and hardworking people who are ready to work after undergoing enlistment training in Australia.

The total recruitments will be 170 applicants. Minimum Age requirements are 18-years and above.

NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Base Pay: $ 35,000 - $ 375,000 / Year

Type of work: Permanent / Temporary

Contract Period: 3 Months - 4 years

Visa-Type: 2 (two) years visa and working permit

Requirements: Proficient in English or Spanish

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing calendars
- Process and manage important documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events and conferences
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes
- Assist in budgeting and financial management activities
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle external and internal communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Perform general office duties and ensure the office is organized and well-maintained
