The Role: QA and Compliance Manager
As the QA and Compliance Manager, you'll be at the forefront of quality and compliance, working alongside a talented team of professionals. Your mission? To ensure our products and services meet and exceed regulatory and quality standards, all while maintaining the exceptional experience our customers deserve.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement cutting-edge quality assurance and compliance processes.
Lead quality and compliance reviews to ensure we're always in line with regulatory requirements.
Create and execute innovative testing plans, assessing software functionality and user acceptance.
Keep a watchful eye on risk to ensure we're playing by the rules.
Champion training and development sessions to elevate our team's performance.
Cultivate and maintain partnerships with external regulators and auditors.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement in our compliance frameworks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (bonus points for Law!).
At least 3 years of rock-solid experience in quality assurance and compliance management, especially within Insurance or Financial Services.
Deep knowledge of local regulatory requirements and standards.
Proven track record in developing and implementing quality assurance processes and compliance frameworks.
Collaborative spirit, ready to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
Outstanding communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting and exceeding deadlines.
