What you’ll do

  • Multitask like a pro: Successfully manage 7-12 customer implementations simultaneously, ensuring smooth progress and exceptional outcomes across multiple projects.
  • Master the art of training and workshops: Conduct engaging customer training sessions and configuration workshops, empowering users to harness the full potential of intelliHR while customising it to their unique needs.
  • Transform requirements into reality: Collaborate closely with customers to understand their processes and requirements, building and configuring tailored solutions within the intelliHR platform.
  • Organise and conquer: Utilise project management tools like Kantata to track deliverables, stay organised, and ensure key milestones are met.
  • Be the go-to support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, serving as their trusted point of contact during the implementation phase, and maintaining strong external relationships.
  • Collaborate for success: Work cross-functionally with sales and product teams, aligning customer expectations with deliverables, contributing to product strategy, and effectively reporting bugs and enhancements.
  • Facilitate process improvements: Conduct requirements workshops and iteration sessions, leveraging your expertise to gather insights, guide customers through process improvements, and support their evolving needs.
  • Empower and guide: Deliver impactful training sessions, ensuring users are equipped with the knowledge they need, and provide ongoing consulting services to drive customer success.
  • Nurture customer relationships: Take ownership of overall Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and customer churn, proactively building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying renewal opportunities, and seeking ways to provide additional value!
