As an Associate Solutions Consultant at Contentsquare, you will work alongside the Solution Consulting team in APJ as well as the Account Executives in the region.During the sales cycle, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Solutions Consulting team with proof of concepts, demonstrating Contentsquare’s ability to meet and exceed customer technical and business requirements, often in the customer’s production environment and providing expert guidance. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology and eager to learn the ropes of solution design and client interactions.If you are passionate about helping enterprise brands improve their digital experiences while seeking a role as a data analyst, this is the role for you!What you’ll do:- Product Training: Participate in intensive training programs to develop a strong understanding of our products and services
- Client Support: Assist the Solution Consulting team in addressing client inquiries, providing technical support, and helping clients navigate our solutions
- Documentation: Contribute to the creation of solution documentation, providing findings of value with our product against clients environments and share user guides
- Solution Design Assistance: Collaborate with Solutions Consulting team in designing and configuring tailored solutions for clients
- Client Presentations: Support Solutions Consultants in preparing and delivering presentations and demonstrations to clients
- Learning and Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and best practices through ongoing training and self-studies
- Account Executive Support: Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
What you need:- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong interest in technology and a willingness to learn
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to assist clients
- Strong understanding of Web development (HTML, CSS)
- Previous work experience/internships is a plus
- Ability to work well in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
