At Aircall Pty Ltd, we are seeking a gifted and talented sales closer to join our Sydney office. This role involves engaging qualified prospects, demoing the Aircall solution, providing technical assistance, successfully navigating a proof of concept and negotiating contracts. It is a fast-paced role that fits high energy and smart sales people. Your mission @Aircall :
  • Manage velocity / SMB prospects from qualified lead to closing
  • Position and articulate the Aircall value proposition to small and medium businesses.
  • Educate prospects through advanced sales-cycles in order to create excitement and enthusiasm
  • Crush your quota and deliver revenue
  • Generate self-sourced pipeline by prospecting new accounts and networking with our partners
  • Work side by side with Sales Development Representatives to identify business opportunities in your pipeline
  • Forecast your future revenue achievement and document daily key activity in Salesforce
  • Represent Aircall with integrity and professionalism at all times in all written and oral communications
Qualifications :
  • 2-5 years in sales or as an Account Executive is mandatory
  • Perfectly fluent in English (oral amp; written communication)
  • Creative and consultative selling approach
  • Closing and negotiation skills are highly desired
  • Competitive, resilient and driven to achieve goals
  • Strong rigor, organisation and ability to manage several opportunities at any given time
  • Quick learner and willingness to learn the cloud phone solution industry
  • Successful track record of net new business sales, inbound or outbound prospecting
  • Knowledge of the AUS market would make the difference
  • An existing network in the SaaS Industry is ideal
  • Strong knowledge, hygiene and proficiency with using a CRM and/or sales tools (experience with Salesforce preferred)
  • Understanding how to use an ICP to identify good prospects and customers
  • Enthusiastic to learn, grow and have fun!
