Job Description
We have an opportunity for a Breakfast Chef de Partie to join our team. We have full time hours available working the breakfast shift at our main Restaurant, Azure Bar and Grill. Initially this will be a full time Breakfast Chef position so would suit someone who enjoys the early shift and has experience working across all sections. Although this is starting as a breakfast role, we are asking for flexibility to work both morning and afternoon shifts if needed.
Rosters are advised two weeks out so you can really find the balance with work and home life. Your professionalism, passion, commitment and respect will be rewarded by our Executive Chef taking a keen interest in your career and future progression.
We offer a high quality, award winning dining experience with a strong emphasis on local fresh produce, our kitchen caters for multiple food and beverage outlets across the resort.
You may have extensive Restaurant and or Cafe experience working the breakfast shift but are looking to expand your skills outside of this environment. This is a traditional breakfast shift position working in Azure, where you will start at 6am and finish at 2pm. We are looking for someone who is available to work this morning shift 5 days a week.

Requirements
- Previous experience working the Breakfast shift in a Restaurant or Cafe environment
- Full availability including weekends and public holidays
- Able to commit to a min of 6 months or longer
- Relevant commercial cookery qualifications
- Able to adapt to busy periods with a sense of urgency
- Willingness to learn great techniques
- Able to follow recipes and plan your time accordingly
- Actively demonstrate pride in your work
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety standards
- Only applicants that have permanent resident status or unrestricted rights to work in Australia will be considered
