About the Role

  • Full Time Permanent Position
  • Classification: Senior Management and Specialist Remuneration Level 1 with a salary range of $109,470 - $128,400 per annum + Superannuation

About your new role

Neami is seeking a Digital Campaign Advisor to join our dynamic Engagement team and support developing and implementing effective digital campaigns. Reporting to the Digital Strategy Lead, this role will work closely with Neami services across the country, and Head Office teams, to develop innovative and compelling marketing campaigns to promote and drive demand for Neami services and campaigns.

The Digital Campaign Advisor will take a leading role in developing and executing marketing campaigns (in conjunction with marketing agencies) that meet the local promotional and engagement needs of the local services. The role will also work closely with the Engagement team to ensure marketing campaigns are effectively implemented across online and offline channels. Key to this role will be the ability to continually optimise planned activities across each channel and in relation to other campaigns.

What you will bring to the role?

  • Proven experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Experience delivering campaigns with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics and AdWords.
