Place Albany Creek are seeking to appoint a motivated individual to work within the Property Management team. You will be forward thinking, ambitious and excited to contribute to the development of the Place brand in the Northern suburbs.

This position is full-time working Monday to Friday and may require Saturday work on occasion, and is available for an immediate start.

Responsibilities:

• Continuing to nurture and maximise existing client relationships;
• Portfolio management - assisting landlords to maximise their assets whilst managing arrears;
• Actioning maintenance and repairs;
• Conduct inspections of the property periodically;
• List properties for lease and asses applications when required;
• Manage QCAT claims and attend hearings; and
• Participate in all training and development opportunities

Requirements

Placing the right candidate is important to us. We are open to a first-timer within Property Management as long as you have the drive and willingness to absorb our excellent training. However some previous experience would be advantageous;

Possessing the following attitude, attributes and skills will be integral to this position:

• A current QLD Sales Registration Certificate and Drivers Licence;
• Exceptional organisation, time management and monitoring skills;
• First class presentation and communication; and
• Have a can-do attitude and to problem solving
• First class customer service comes naturally to you
• A genuine love of Property Management and People.
