As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are seeking a talented VOIP and Networking Engineer to help us deliver seamless communication and networking solutions for our residents and staff.

The Position:
As a VoIP and Networking Engineer at Respect, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining VoIP and networking solutions that enable seamless communication and connectivity for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our VoIP and networking infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Willing to travel for periods of time to complete project work interstate.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Positive, proactive, and hard-working person with a can-do attitude
- Ability to prioritise work in a fast-paced environment
- Explementary communication skills
- A proven troubleshooting mindset
- Understanding and experience working on all layers of network
- Understanding of NAT/PAT
- Strong understanding of public/private DNS
- Experience building and troubleshooting IPSEC/IKE VPNs
- Firewall build/change/troubleshooting experience
- Fortinet Firewall experience
- 3CX phone system integrations
- Experience with onsite installations, patching and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of Enterprise Wireless solutions
- Good understanding of Layer 2 to 4
Requirements
Essential:
- Fortinet Qualifications
- Experience with complex 3CX VOIP environments
- Exposure to complex routing (OSPF, BGP, SD-WAN, MPLS)
- VM Ware experience
- Web application Firewall products
- Unifi networking
Desirable:
- Aged Care and Nursecall technology a big plus
