About our Graduate Program
You will be given Sales Training, Mentorship, and a group of entry level customers within the Pharmacy and Food industry to start you on your career. The first 12 months are spent learning how to sell, negotiate and communicate with industry specific customers. The position is a full time role that will continue post completion of the program. There are clear lines of progression within Redox with numerous examples of long term tenure. More than just a job, Redox offers a career.
About the role
This role is balanced between hands-on visits with your customers and desk-based work.
A typical day involves information gathering, creating proposals, price negotiation, customer visits and consulting with internal and external stakeholders.
About you
- Degree in Science, with a major in Food/Nutrition and/or Chemistry or relevant studies
- Goal-orientated
- Curious and enthusiastic to learn
- Enjoy developing relationships
- Previous customer service experience
- Current Driver’s License and vehicle (as you will be required to visit customers during and after training is required).
