Key Accountabilities
WHSgt; Delivera WHS Management Systemwhich is fit for purpose for the Group.gt; Updateand maintainthe GroupWHS policies, procedures and processes.gt; Developand maintaina reportingframework for Executive and Board, with GroupWHS reporting and analysis of statisticaltrends, andmake recommendations to mitigate future safety incidents.gt; Manage psychosocial hazards in line with contemporary legislation.gt; Monitor and report onPEXA’scompliance with WHS policies, legislative requirements, codes, regulations,practicesand procedures and ensure WHS Committee meetings address any areas of non-compliance or concern.gt; Chair WHS Committee meetings where required as a delegate of the General Manager.gt; Assist with the development ofGroupWHS training programsto ensureemployees undertake their roles safely.gt; Ensure all WHS reporting registers are up to date.gt; Oversee inspections and identify workplace hazards, assessments of risks and implementation of risk control measures to protect the health and safety ofemployees.Lead PEXA’s Wellbeing Programgt; Responsible for overall wellbeing strategy at PEXA, aligning to our EVP framework and PEXA Academy programWellbeing Strategygt; Conduct annual review of PEXA’s wellbeing strategy to ensure the direction is aligned with business prioritiesgt; Constantly evolve the wellbeing strategy aligned to the findings by Neurozone, (FY24 continues with Senior Leadership rollout and PX pilot).Wellbeing Hub and Spoke Modelgt; Lead and uplift the Wellbeing Champions Network to drive wellbeing engagement at a local BU level. This includes monthly meetings, regular communications, driving visibility of BU engagement, leading Champions dedicated to wellbeing activations and events.gt; Lead Mental Health First Aider (MHFAs) training accreditation program at PEXA, including regular engagement with Mental Health First AidersWellbeing Activitiesgt; Plan, execute and evaluate annual employee wellbeing program including (but not limited to):· Monthly employee Wellness Edit e-newsletter· Mental and physical wellbeing activities· Financial wellbeing series· Wellbeing speakers and activities for PEXA’s annual Wellbeing amp; Safety Day, Mental Health Awareness Week, R U OK? Day etcgt; Maintain overall awareness of activities across PEXA to ensure maximum PEXArian participation in wellbeing activitiesgt; Ensure program planning takes into consideration all state-based offices and virtual environmentsgt; Responsible for the Marketing and promotion of all event campaigns supported via the Wellbeing Champions NetworkGlobal responsibilitiesgt; Support the wellbeing agenda of the UK business including PEX UK and Optima Legalgt; Maintain
