Are you a passionate and dedicated professional with a deep commitment to enhancing the lives of the elderly? Do you possess exceptional leadership skills and a strong desire to make a meaningful impact in the aged care industry?

If so, we invite you to embark on a fulfilling journey with Respect as a Regional Manager in which you will oversee and drive performance across our Victorian residential aged care operations.

Who we are:

Respect is a rapidly growing, not-for-profit, progressive, and purpose-driven aged care and retirement living provider that operates across Tasmania, Victoria, and New South Wales.

It's not work if you love your job. You will be working as part of an amazing management team with a satisfaction rating of 89% and an eNPS of 83.

The Position:

The Regional Manager is responsible for providing operational oversight to the residential aged care homes within their portfolio. Aligning with the strategic plan and expectations of Respect, the Regional Manager will be responsible for identifying and improving existing processes as well as conducting future planning for ongoing growth.

As a Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation and the lives of our residents. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing and guiding the operations of multiple aged care facilities.

The Regional Manager will work from home but must be able to travel to various locations across Victoria to visit sites within their portfolio.

Requirements

Ideally, we are seeking an experienced candidate with extensive business knowledge who can oversee and drive operational performance at each residential aged care home within their portfolio. The successful candidate will have relevant tertiary qualification/s, and experience in residential aged care is preferable.

You’ll bring a collaborative approach to your work and a demonstrated track record in building and leading strong teams. You can strike a positive balance between your role's professional, commercial, and care aspects and our organisation. You will have experience managing and leading teams at a senior level.

This role will report to our Chief of Residential Aged Care, and you will join a well-established and passionate operations team.

The successful candidate will be a member of Key Personnel and must satisfy the legislative requirements, including aged care worker screening, and provide evidence of their suitability to work in the aged care industry.

We offer:

  • The opportunity to play a pivotal role in Respect's residential aged care success.
  • A collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Competitive salary and conditions of employment.
  • Pay incentives including not-for-profit charitable salary packaging.
  • The satisfaction of contributing to the betterment of aged care services.
