Finance Director

BCW APAC, a global communications agency, is seeking a Finance Director to join their team. This individual will lead financial planning and analysis, budget management, and financial reporting for the company. Working alongside the Senior Leadership Team and CEO, the Finance Director will ensure the growth and success of BCW APAC while representing the company's values and brand.

• Develop and maintain financial reporting systems to ensure timely and accurate analysis of financial performance.
• Lead budget-planning process and provide guidance to the executive team on strategic financial decisions.
• Monitor financial KPIs and work cross-functionally with other departments to optimize financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cash flow and forecasting to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
• Coordinate with the company's global finance team to ensure consistency and compliance with corporate policies.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to ensure they are meeting performance goals and objectives.
• Strategically partner with the business to drive commercial thinking and financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in finance or accounting roles in the communications industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to develop financial models and reports.
• Advanced understanding of financial statements, tax laws, and financial regulations.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, while ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial software applications.
