The role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Triage Consultant to join our Professional Services Finance Team within our Local Government Business Unit. In this role, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Local Government customers using our Altitude ERP SaaS cloud solution. This role will see you develop and utilise a strong working knowledge of the finance areas of our Authority Altitude solution. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful and on time delivery of implementations through the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and project go live hyper care phases.

You’ll provide triage services and support for customers during the UAT phase of their upgrade and during go live by replicating the issue and finding resolution. You’ll take ownership of any issues, achieve, or coordinate their resolution and keep in regular communication with our customers. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and Developers to ensure that any issues are managed and rectified effectively. Additionally, you will resolve customer billable Request Finance tickets and produce Knowledge Articles for any reoccurring issues attempting to prevent the issues in the first case and improve the overall customer’s experience. This role will see you grow into a trusted expert in the Finance area of our Authority Altitude Solution.

About you

You’ve previous experience working finance, and ideally with experience working in accounts receivable and payable. You have a strong commercial awareness and proven problem-solving skills. You have demonstrated experience in creating professional documents for internal or external use. You pride yourself on your customer relationship management, thrive in a complex customer service environment and are confident working with ticketing systems.

Ideally, you’ll have an understanding or Cloud applications or previous experience within the Local Government sector. You’re also familiar with PRINCE2 or similar Project Management Methodology.
