Job Description

Squiz is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our managed services team. Supporting Squiz’s clients across our various products. We are open to background and experience but ideally 1-2 years experience in a similar support role within a software/applications environment.

We do not expect you to know our products, we will train you!!!

This role is open to location but you must be comfortable working in the Brisbane timezone.

Must have:

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • A qualification in Software engineering, programming, computer science or information technology.
  • Familiar with the concepts of ITIL Service Management principles.
  • Naturally curious and interested in debugging problems.
  • Proficiency in Java, Git, and RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with Web Development.
  • Confident communicator that can communicate technical issues, in a way clients can understand while providing exceptional customer service.

Here’s what would be nice to have:

  • Familiarity with JavaScript/JQuery.
  • Familiarity with Node.js.
  • Familiarity with a CMS equivalent system will be an advantage.
  • Implementing and working with APIs.
