Do you love to help people and geek out on software solutions? If so, we want you on our team! We're Humanforce, and we're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our friendly crew.


As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll use your skills and expertise to provide top-notch technical support to our customers. You'll work with a team of awesome people to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our software solutions.

What you’ll do

  • Ready to be the friendly face of our customer service team? As part of the Humanforce helpdesk, you'll be the go-to person for our clients, providing responsive and effective assistance.
  • Get ready to be a problem-solving pro! You'll troubleshoot issues and communicate solutions to clients in a way that's clear and easy to understand.
  • Join our team and become a tech guru! You'll install and test the Humanforce application and related hardware and software, ensuring that our clients have a seamless and satisfying experience.
  • Love coaching and teaching? You'll be in charge of identifying training needs and providing personalised coaching to clients to help them become Humanforce pros.
  • At Humanforce, we're all about teamwork and collaboration. You'll work closely with management to address client escalations and ensure that our clients are happy and satisfied with our service.

What you’ll need

  • You're a technical wizard with an in-depth knowledge of Windows OS and working knowledge of creating SQL Scripts utilising multiple tables.
  • You have an understanding of networking (RDP, Remote App, VPN, SFTP).
  • Your problem-solving skills are on point, and you can troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
  • You're a communication pro and can explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • You've used support ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools before.
  • You're a team player, but you can also work independently.
  • You're comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment like Humanforce!
