We are seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced Human Resources and Compliance professionals for a full time, fixed term position based at our Elizabeth East campus. The successful applicant will be an experienced educational administrator with relevant tertiary qualifications. The Human Resources and Compliance Manager will support the provision of human resources and compliance related services and programs at Pinnacle College. The main areas of responsibility include recruiting new staff, employee on-boarding, performance management and improvement, overseeing work health and safety, and the management of the school’s policies and procedures. The successful applicant will be provided with a two month period of handover and training in the school's systems and processes.
