This internship is designed to provide a practical introduction to all there is to know about IT support. No technical experience is required!
The intern will receive ongoing personal mentoring and coaching to develop a solid understanding of IT support and develop skills for any future role in the IT sector.
The intern will learn how to:
Administer and manage software.
Create and remove user accounts
Build and deploy computers to meet client requirements.
Respond to clients' IT-related alerts and resolve their technical issues.
Triage and assign incoming tickets through our ticketing system.
Solve Fast Track tickets (common, well documented requests) for our clients. deliver exceptional customer service and technical support over phone and email. deliver IT support best practices (ITIL V4)
Requirements
IT related Bachelor degree.
Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communications skills. Willingness to learn and collaborate in a team environment. Logical problem-solving skills.
Good attention to detail.
Engaging personally that reflects through your communication. Excellent phone manner under pressure.
Good time management skills.
Customer service experience.
