We have an incredible and rare opportunity for an influential sales leader to join the efm team as a Regional Sales Manager for Victoria.
We have a rare opportunity to join our efm team as a Regional Sales Manager. You will be accountable for developing a pipeline of new business opportunities and delivering profitable and sustainable growth across Victoria. Additionally, you will be responsible for building, developing, and mentoring a high-performing sales team.
The role will be based at efm’s head office in Moorabbin, and interstate travel from time to time will be essential.
Requirements
Core responsibilities will involve the following:
- Achieve Sales Revenue and Gross Profit targets
- Strategically identify new opportunities and avenues for efm to add value to customers’ businesses
- Build a pipeline of profitable, serviceable new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships across the industry and with potential customers
- Develop and lead a team of high-performing salespeople (Supply Chain Consultants) with a focus on achieving new business targets
- Initiate and lead processes necessary for development and maintenance of business operating procedures, systems and controls
- Accuracy and timeliness of project deliverables
Experience required:
- Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and deliver against these profitably
- Previous experience within the supply chain, transport or logistics industry (min. 5 years experience within the industry)
- Proven experience developing, coaching and leading a sales team (min. 2 years in a leadership / management role, preferably with sales experience)
- Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred)
