About the role
As an IT Support Officer at Redox, you will be the first point of contact for our users requiring technical assistance with computer hardware and software. Your duties will include diagnosing and resolving technical problems (or escalating to level 2/3), maintaining hardware and software applications, monitoring, and responding to alerts from our IT systems.
This position allows for a mix of on-site and remote (from home) work. We’re located in South-Western Sydney. If that’s you too, then this is a great opportunity forgo the exhausting commute to the CBD and enjoy a better work/life balance.
About you
