What you’ll do

  • Drive the dynamic execution of growth-centric strategies across paid search and social channels, breathing life into our new business expansion goals.
  • Command the helm of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) for diverse regions, deftly managing daily budgets, bids, captivating ad content, and crafting campaign structures that resonate.
  • Curate compelling narratives with Capterra, sculpting budgets and bids that fuel each campaign's triumph across various regions.
  • Harness the potential of LinkedIn's budget for each campaign group and region, creating connections that propel our brand to new heights.
  • Collaborate with our Acquisition Marketing Manager, infusing campaigns with cutting-edge search and paid social ad copy and content.
  • Meticulously track the pulse of all paid search and social campaigns. Convert insights into actionable recommendations, perpetually refining for maximal conversions and swiftly implementing approved enhancements.
  • Be the architect of conversion rate optimisation as you contribute to the creation, testing (including A/B experiments), and management of magnetic paid search and social landing pages.
  • Exercise your analytical acumen in a relentless pursuit of campaign enhancement. Collaborate seamlessly with the Acquisition Marketing Manager and SEO Specialist to fine-tune campaigns, ensuring aligned linkages and reporting for each.
  • Forge unbreakable bonds with internal stakeholders, marketing partners, and agencies, nurturing alliances that shape our marketing trajectory. Your collaborative spirit will be the cornerstone of our success.


What you’ll need

  • A proven record of associate to mid-level digital marketing expertise, with a notable focus on PPC and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and A/B testing instruments integral to your toolkit.
  • You thrive within a rapid-paced organisational setting, skilfully prioritising tasks for effective outcomes.
  • You exhibit an exceptional aptitude for analytical and critical thinking skilfully translating data into valuable insights.
